Teaching Objectives

Students who are major in this program mainly study the basic theories of math, physics, chemistry, mechanics, geology, engineering science, and foundamental knowledge of petroleum engineering related. The educational aim of Petroleum Engineering specialty is to cultivate qualified personnel with advanced technology and engineering knowledge. They don’t gain just the basic training on petroleum engineering, but also can be engaged in petroleum engineering design, operation and construction, production and management, scientific development about oil and gas drilling engineering, oil extraction, petroleum reservoir engineering, reservoir evaluation, etc.

Main Courses
Technological Economics, Oil and Gas Development Geology, Engineering Mechanics, Computer Programming, Fluid Mechanics, Permeation Fluid Mechanics, Drilling Engineering, Oil Extraction, Petroleum Reservoir Engineering, Oilfield Chemistry, etc. 

Internship 

Metalworking, mechanical drawing, mechanical design, electrical engineering and electronics practice, computer measurement and control technology of comprehensive practice, professional practice, professional design, graduation design etc.

Degree Awarded 

Bachelor Degree of Engineering.

Future Career

After graduation you can be comprehensive senior engineers to design mechatronics system, do manufacture or develop new technology in the enterprises or research institute. 

You can also go to university to make search in the major.

With photo, passport number&expiration date and name included.

2. Passport-sized photo
A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

3. Graduation certificate of High School
Graduation Certificate should be in Chinese or English. If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.

4. Academic transcript of high school.

5. Certificate of English proficiency test.
IELTS or TOEFL will only be required if the applicant is not a native English speaker.
