Teaching Objective

This program will enable students to be qualified senior engineering technicians and management staff in the field of electrical engineering and automation. Graduates are expected to have expertise in electrified transmission and power system operation, automatic control, power electronics, information processing, experimental analysis, product development, technological management, the use of professional software and some electrical engineering related areas.

Main Courses

The duration of study is four years. The degree courses are: Advanced Mathematics, Elementary Chinese, Intermediate Chinese, College Physics, Circuit Analysis, Foundation of Electrical Machinery & Towage, Analog Electronic Technology, Digital Electronic Technology, Principle of Automatic Control, Electrical Power Engineering, Principle of , Power Electronics, Electrical Power Towage Automatic Control System.

Graduated Requirment

According to the requirements for the compulsory courses’ credits, students must obtain 138 credits in course learning, 8 credits in experimental courses and 28 credits in practice courses. Students can graduate only after having obtained 164 credits according to the requirements of the Teaching Plan, 14 credits according to the requirements of the Assistant Teaching Plan and having obtained HSK-3.

Diploma Awarded

The qualified students will be awarded the Bachelor Degree of Engineering.

Internship and Career

Graduates can be senior engineers to design electrical system, make power distribution, develop new products in the field of new power in the mining enterprise and make teaching in the university.

A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

3. Academic transcript of high school

Gradution certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not,it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.

5. English proficiency test certificate 

For example, IELTS or TOEFL, only for applicant whose native language is not English.

6. Two letters of recommendation 

From professor or associate professor or equivalents

7. Resume 

Written in Chinese or in English
