Objectives

The international undergraduate program in Art Design provides basic theory and technical knowledge of visual design, digital media design and industrial design to candidates who wish to work, teach, and do research in areas of art design. Students are expected to understand the challenges of modern art and industrial design, be able to independently create innovative designs.

Duration

Duration of the program is 4 years, with course works in the first three years, followed by a thesis project and practice.

Degree Awarded

A Bachelor of Art is awarded for students who meet the requirement for graduation.

Main Courses

Color Composition, Graphic Composition, History of Chinese and Western Design, History of Modern Design, Design Psychology, Computer Aided Design, Visual Identification System Design, Interactive Media Design, Brand Planning Research.

1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport.

2. Be Healthy.

3. Under the age of 30

4. Have attained a senior high school diploma with good marks.

5. Have solid financial support to afford the study and living expense in China.

6. Good English reading, writing and speaking skills.
