Education Objectives

This course aims to prepare students for careers requiring global business awareness and to develop skills required to work in internationally operating companies and organizations. It provides the students with many opportunities, both to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired during the modules, and to develop a more in-depth understanding of common problems emerging in an international business environment. It is especially suitable for those students interested in international trade, international business and management, international human resource management and marketing.

There are 149 academics in the School including 1 academician of the China Engineering Academy, 1 Cheung Kong Scholar professor, 41 professors, 82 associate professors, 7 New Century talents bestowed by the Ministry of Education, 42 doctoral advisors and 1 winner of the National Science Fund for Outstanding Young Scholars. There are 9 undergraduate specialties among which 6 are key specialties of Heilongjiang Province, i.e. Information Management and Information System, Engineering Management, Finance, International Economics and Business, Business Administration and Accounting. Information Management and Information System discipline was approved as the key specialty of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. 

● International Cooperation

The School actively develops international exchanges and cooperation. Close academic exchanges and cooperation have been made with over 20 world famous universities including Oxford University, Cambridge University, Purdue University, the University of Arizona, University of Birmingham, Carnegie Mellon University, the National University of Singapore, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Curtin University, Australia, and so on. Students can exchanges studies with their credits paints mutually recognized by both universities.
