The Tao Te Ching (Dao De Jing)

Likewise, The Tao Te Ching (Dao De Jing)  is the foundation of  Taoist health preservation. Lao-tzu, the legendary founder of Taoism, is generally regarded as the author of this 5,000 words book. It emphasis that human being should be natural, yielding, flexible and harmonious with the surroundings, like the Tao of the nature, always on the way of perusing the balance of Yin & Yang and that eventually enable us to return to the original state, of which suppose to be the source of our life energy.
