Students who are eligible to obtain a doctoral degree and graduate diploma must successfully complete the prescribed credits delivered by Major Cultivation Program and pass the graduate dissertation.

If you are in China now, please register directly in our university; if you want to attend the courses for Bachelor Degree, make sure to have the following: Graduation Certificate and Academic Report from Senior High School; if you are not in China, you can come to China with your L or F visa, then we can help you to complete your formalities after your arrival at our university .

1. Passport-sized photo
A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

2. Master's degree diploma
Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.

3. Transcript of postgraduate school

4. Photocopy of 1st page to 8th page of your valid passport (Liaoning)

With photo, passport number & expiration date and name included.

For the regarding authority must make sure that there are at least two pages on the passport for the Chinese Embassy to stick the Visa paper and Immigration to stick the resident permit paper.
