1. Application form for foreign students to study at USTL
(available for download from the International Education Office (IEC) at http>//www.ustl.edu.cn/eng)

2. Photocopy of passport main (data) page and blank visa page, and 8 passport photos

3. High school certification
(copy of the original diploma and notarized copy in Chinese or English)

4. Certificate of Chinese level HSK (level 4 or higher). Applicants without such HSK qualification should take the Chinese test provided by the university. Those who gain an equivalent result will be considered
