Objectives and Requirements
On successfully completing this subject, students will be able to understand the nature of China and global textile industry (textile processing, dyeing and finishing); grasp the basic principle and knowledge of modern textile engineering, textile design, dyeing and finishing; grasp completely the art and craft design of apparel textile and home textiles, and the necessary knowledge of textile trade. After graduation, student will be engaged in professional jobs, such as textile art design, textile technical design, dyeing and finishing, quality control and business management, etc.; and become high-quality professional and technical personnel with global outlook in modern textile science and Engineering.
