Long-term Chinese Training Course (one year)

●Students without any previous knowledge of Chinese will be categorized to zero-level courses
●Students with basic Chinese knowledge will take part in an entrance examination and be categorized to elementary, intermediate or advanced classes according to their Chinese ability.
●18hrs-20hrs per week (18hrs for the specialties, 2hrs for the elective)
Specialties: Chinese Characters, Chinese (junior level, senior level, Topic Communication), Listening (junior level, senior level, News Listening), Intensive Reading, Extensive Reading (junior level, senior level, News Reading), Writing (Practical Writing, Business Writing)
Electives: Martial Arts, Taiji Boxing, Calligraphy, Chinese Traditional Culture (Henan Regional Culture) Any of the subjects above is available for students to choose. If one is interested more than one subject, he or she could choose more. The extra courses exceeding 20hrs/week will be charged according to the rules.
Extracurricular activities could be arranged according to students’ requirements. The expenses will be covered by the students. The tour destinations are mainly local scenic spots in Henan (Zhengzhou Shaolin Temple, Luoyang Longmen Grottoes, Capital of Song Dynasty Kaifeng, Anyang Yinxu) the tour routes and ways of tours will be decided by students.

Applicants should be in good health with the age between 18—60. No limit on Chinese language ability..
