6000RMB per person per year( Note: Provide free bedding of 10 sets worth about 1000RMB)

The rental is subject to the actual days if the duration is less than on month. Every student is supposed to pay for the electricity, water, and internet in the apartment.

A self-contained apartment with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry.

Facilities in the apartment: a TV set, a refrigerator, an air conditioner, a washing machine, a study desk, two chairs, a sofa, am electric heater, an induction cooker, a microwave, a bed(or two), a mattress (or two), a closet, a bedstand, a table lamp, and a solar water heater.
