Target Group	Students dedicated to doing business and trade in China as well as employees in foreign enterprises.
Description	Chinese for Business course is a carefully orchestrated course for international students by CIC, SCNU. CIC has offered Business Chinese as an elective course for years and obtained plentiful teaching experience. In order to improve students’ business competence as well as Chinese proficiency, CIC offers the particular course-Chinese for Business. It helps students obtain business knowledge and gain successful post-graduation involvement in business and trade work.
Curriculum	Chinese for Business focus on Chinese Listening for Business, Business Conversation, Business Reading, Practical Writing for Business. All courses are to develop practical Chinese competence in business and commerce in four aspects: speaking, reading, listening and writing. It aims to improve students’ Chinese proficiency as well as business competence and expand commercial knowledge within a short duration.
Classroom Arrangement	Small class size with about 20 students
Business Practice	Visits to different companies or canton fair. Lectures given by entrepreneurs.
Teaching period	One academic year is divided into two semesters: Spring semester and Autumn semester.
Certificate	Upon the successful completion, a certificate will be issued by CIC, SCNU.

Note: There is no vacancy of dormitory and students need to solve accommodation by themselves
